Question: How should I take care of my amaryllis after it is done blooming, so I can encourage it to bloom again?

Ya think this amaryllis is Apple Blossom Pink? Ya think maybe it was in the wrong bin when I bought it? I do, but it is pretty none the less. I have had a red one the past two years and wanted a change this year.
