Urban Roots!

And I think the main thing is that it will be more organic, with an emphasis on city and neighborhood-based gardening, where block clubs get together to beautify empty lots, help neighbors who can't garden, and fight urban blight.

Ann Lovejoy: Deep Rooted Grass Spells Doom to Dandelions

Each spring, I get complaints about dandelions. Personally, I think dandelions are pretty. In an old nearby orchard, blooming fruit trees preside over shaggy grass spangled with sunny dandelions.
